We have a range of specialized bar chairs to suit pre-cast pile manufacture.

The common sizes available provide 30 to 50mm cover attaching to spirals from 4mm to 10mm in diameter.

Our End Cap is made using 100% Recycled material and provides 30mm of cover to the reinforcing bar in a Pre Cast mould.

End Caps are available to suit rebar sizes from 16-32mm in diameter.

Strand Spacers are used in Post-tensioned piles – the Strand spacer secures 4 strands or tendons around a grout tube.
